Steamed in bourbon shallot butter and white
wine and pork belly.

Locally sourced and house cured halibut served
on a bed of citrus, jicama & golden beets.
Garnished with pickled chili and a light citrus

A savory blend of elbow pasta, Muenster Cheese
& Duck Confit. Topped with house made bread
crumbs and pan fried chervil.

Locally sourced pan-seared halibut served atop old
world grain “fried rice” glazed with an orange
soy reduction.

House-cured Sirloin Steak
over chimichurri, served
alongside duck fat roasted potatoes, onion jam
and sea salt & pepper creme fraiche.

House Cured Pork Belly atop tangy red cabbage,
pickled fennel, Beech mushrooms and fried capers
served with a bourbon mustard reduction.

The Lamburger
Our house blend ground lamb and beef served
atop our tangy red sauce alongside olive tapenade
and red onion under a bed of melted feta cheese.

The Muenster
Insane amounts of Muenster Cheese, house
roasted tomatoes alongside fresh basil combined
with a roasted garlic sauce.


The Grain
Ancient grains with farmers market beets and
radish underneath a charred lemon vinaigrette.

Farm Salad
Mixed field greens, shaved cured egg & ricotta
cheese served with Duck confit and topped
with garlic vinaigrette.
